Johnston County Arts Council Begins Annual Membership Campaign
Our Heritage: The Johnston County Arts Council was founded in 1972 to serve as the officially-designated private, nonprofit local arts agency for Johnston County. Its purpose is to seek and provide financial assistance for the county’s arts organizations and artists and to develop and support conditions in Johnston County in which the arts can thrive. Since its inception, the Arts Council has raised over $1,713,342 for arts programming in Johnston County.
Your membership support plays an integral role in the continued success of our organization and in our ongoing efforts to advance the arts in Johnston County. Your membership support allows the Johnston County Arts Council to bring innovative programs like the Artists-in-the-Schools and Grassroots Arts programs to the community while also serving as an advocate for the arts on the local level.
To show your support for the arts in Johnston County, please print this Membership Form and return to the Johnston County Arts Council office.
Thank you for your support!

Art-On-First Family
Art-On-First Family is an opportunity for families to create a master piece together.
We will be creating mini master pieces for you to take with you that day. It can be a collage, a painting using; acrylic paints, oil pastels or watercolors, and sculptures with clay or any medium you would like to use.
There is a $3.00 suggested donation to cover supplies. We will have Palmer clay available for you to purchase in The Eagles Nest Art and More room. Or you can use anything we have available in the classroom to create a one of a kind master piece.
Hope to see you at the Meetup
